General Terms

GENERAL TERMS

The request for availability is not binding and does not act as a contract neither for the client nor for Hotel Matilde.

The booking request represents an order form and therefore binding for the client but not binding for Hotel Matilda, on whose part remains free not to accept the booking.

The booking confirmation of Hotel Matilda sent to the client is binding for both parties and establishes the drawing up of the booking contract with options.

In the event that a deposit is requested, the client must send it within the timeframe specified by the direction of Hotel Matilde in order that the options are cleared and the booking is definitely confirmed.

At this point Hotel Matilde will send you a confirmation e-mail.

JURISDICTION

For any controversy which might arise relating to interpretation, execution and / or to the finalization of the booking contract to which these terms apply to, will be the competent court of Massa.
